Objectives and activities
The objectives of the charity are to engage and work with the people of Tiree to deliver services and projects that are needed by the community, but that might not otherwise be provided without the involvement of Tiree Community Business Limited. Activities are
(1) to provide facilities for the local community within the TCB building.
(2) to provide offices and office space to rent on either long or short term basis.
(3) to develop or facilitate projects desired by the public on the lsle of Tiree
(4) to provide, in the interest of social welfare, facilities for recreation and other leisure time activity available to the public at large.
(5) to promote, establish and operate other schemes of a charitable nature for the benefit of the community of Tiree.

We produce the biannual telephone book.

crossapol Playpark
The Crossapol Play Park has continued to be well used by both residents and visitors children. Replacement picnic benches made of recycled materiai were installed during the year of 2023-2024 and have been much appreciated.

Scarinish Toilets
With Argyll and Bute Council’s lease, Tiree Community Business oversee the upkeep of the Scarinish public toilets.
